One hell of a fireworks show!
Last night the fireworks show ended up being pretty darn big!
We ended up having 3 families on the block all get together to combine all our fireworks into one big show!
In all about $500 in fireworks shot with most of them being big artilery type rounds!
In all it took about 1 1/2 hours to shoot them all off.
The kids really enjoyed it![:D]

We're going to some friends on Saturday to party and have fire work. Everyone pitches in and so far we've got over $2600.00 in fireworks. We usually mount them to plywood and use cannon fuse to link them together. It's light it once and set back for an hour of fun. 0 -
I gotta move to NC - Did you know in my county ALL fireworks are illegal? We can't even use sparklers! 0 -

Last night everyone was wanting me to get out my AK but I could not find my blanks for it.[:(]
I know I still have about 3 boxes of blanks somewere mixed in with my ammo, but I have so many ammo cans that are full of ammo that I could not find them.0 -

I don't know about all of NC but in the Charlotte area you cannot have anything that shoots into the air or explodes.
Here in SC I believe anything goes!
About the only thing I have not been able to find in the fireworks stores here are REAL m-80's.
But even with my limited knowladge of explosives I can make stuff that has many times the power of an m-80 anyway![:D]
I have been known to make a few things that have a very large boom factor to them![;)]0 -

Following our community fireworks display that was quite good, it was almost dead silent. Noone seems to have serious firecrackers anymore.
To keep up the spirit but not wanting to throw any lead around, I fired an old percussion double with 60 grains of fffg and some wadding.0 -

County? Whole state of California is a no fireworks zone - afraid of burning it up.
On the other hand, being next to Mexico they are no problem to get, either.
