How do you completely?
Clear your Hard Drive then reload it with a backup disk I saved before having all of this computer trouble Im having. Dell is supposed to replace this one but I would like to make sure the problem with the shutdowns etc arent on my end?

It's simple, use a 12ga Shotgun, OO buck. [:D] 0 -
Click on control panel
click on performance and maintnance
In the upper left hand corner there will be a system restore. Click on that and it will walk you through it.0 -
Is your computer more than 2 years old? Is it randomly shutting down or restarting? If you answered yes to any of these three, crack open the case and look at the motherboard. Chances are you have a few faulty capacitors. The way to tell is that the top will swollen out and possibly leaking.
Check it and see.
