I got lost
Went riding today with the intent of getting lost. I succeeded. First I wound up in Kenmare, then Stanley, Williston, Stanley (again), and back to Minot. I toped of the tank every 50-70 miles just in case, not wanting to push my barely 100 mile range in the middle of nowhere. All told, I put between 350 and 400 miles on the old GS today. It's great getting lost sometimes.

There are just some places you DON'T want to be lost in....that is the "key"...not finding what you don't want to. 0 -
I just got lost here in front of my computer, not a lot of fun here. 0 -
I figured northwest North Dakota would be a fairly safe place to get lost in. Even though Williston is just about a total dump. 0 -
I don't suppose North Dakota has an equivalent to East St. Louis, Detroit or Warshington D.C. North Dakota is probably about as safe as they come. 0 -
We found a guy lost in the Baja - lost for five days - once. He was
riding a souped up Husqvarna. He carried lots of spare gas but
only a little spare water. The Yaki trackers would have found him
in three if he'd had just stayed put!
He's easy to find today - matter of fact, he's been easy to find since
1975 - hasn't gotten lost since then, hasn't even moved since then.
... not even a little bit.0 -

I'm assuming that you found the remains of a person after they were lost in Baja for 5 days. Either that, or you're referring to yourself.0 -
Should have had lunch at Grandma Sharon's. There are a lot of fine people in Williston. I'll bet they weren't lost.... 0 -
