dog fighting

What the hell is wrong with people? I saw that thing on Michael Vick on ESPN, and while I understand he hasn't been found guilty--I just simply can not understand how someone could enjoy watching that. As ESPN was doing the story there was videotape of dogs fighting and it just made me sick.

What the hell is wrong with people? How can they find this entertaining? How can any person who believes in any sort of higher power engage in such a thing? What the hell is the matter with people?

    You're taking a leap of logic. I never once wrote about dog fighting or anything that goes with it. I wrote that anyone who equates the value of human life with an animals life and is willing to kill a person is sick.

    Most people who abuse animals will abuse humans also, so that must be ok with you also?
    Do you also like the fact that losing dogs are dumped on the street, to prey on pets and children?

    Where have I written about animal abuse? What in my writings makes you think I endorse any forum of abuse?

    I still stand by the point that anyone willing to kill a human over an animal is sick.

    ... yeah ... at 62 (June 21st) ... I'm getting to be pretty aware of that![:0][:0][:0]

    My great-great grandfather was born exactly 100 years before me ... 1845, and
    fought in seven major battles during the Civil War ... my great grandfather was
    born in 1876 and was with Teddy in '98 ... his son, my grandfather was born in
    1890 ... served in the Army in, in France, 1917 & 1918 ... my dad was born in
    1915 and was in one of the first landing craft on Omaha Beach in '44 ... and I
    knew most of them all well ... starting with my great grandfather.

    ... life flows quickly when lived fully.[:D]
