If I went to mexico became a citzen there then came be here illeagly -
can I get all our goverment has to offer ?

Simply obtaining foreign citizenship does not lead to automatic loss of your US citizenship so you would have to formally renounce your citizenship in order to return here as a non citizen. If you simply desire to enter illegally (citizen or not) failing to return to the USA through an established port of entry is all that you would need to do.

Depends completely, 100%, on your skin color. If you're of the lighter persuasion you're screwed. You'll get no sympathy from any of the bleeding hearts.
