What do you eat for breakfast?

I never eat breakfast but for some reason i was craveing a waffle today. So I made a blueberry waffle, Talented, I know! So hard to take it from the freezer...

    on sunday i have buckwheats cakes 2 eggs sliced tomato jalapeon peppers tomato juice and 1 cup of coffee. the rest of the week i eat oatmeal with rasins and a glass of tomato juice

    That's a great question. I work at night, truck driving. Go to work @ 1:30 AM and depending on several factors, get off between noon'ish to 2PM. Usually done w/my route by 9-10AM and deadhead empty back to Tulsa. And eat while driving.
    With these hours, I'm generally sick of (fast-food) breakfast foods and prefer regular food. If I do eat breakfast food, I like the Jalapeno Sausage rolls from Quik-Trip.
    Alot of times I get a "Death by chocoate" milkshake (made w/choc ice-crem w/added choc syrup) from Braums (no food).
    Or I wait until 10:30 and hit a McD's or BK for burger. No wonder truckers are fat.

    Onion/Garlic/Poppyseed/Sesame-seed sliced bagel, toasted real good, with Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese, then topped with capers...YUMM!

    Alternate Mornings, I have Fried Scrapple, Three eggs, Rye Toast, and jam of some sort.

    Sometimes, I will make myself some Chilaquiles: Two flour tortillias, torn up into small pieces, half a jar of Pace Chipotle Salsa, two eggs, and some meat (could be a hot dog, or some SPAM, cooked nearly crispy in the microwave, then chopped small), and some nice cheddar cheese, all cooked in a glass dish for about ten minutes, till it is all sorta a big gooey steamy mess.

    You get 2 hardfried eggs sometimes easyover toast coffee applyjuice, a hashbrown, then a glass of water.
