A1 --- Off to Mayberry!
Hold down the fort - we're on a red eye to Cleveland tonight!
I get to see the sunrise over Cleveland in the morning - then a twin Beech
to South Bend and from there to Mayberry.
One of our director/producers has me scouting the Mill that my great great grandfather
built in Buchanan, MI in the 1830's. Actually, 'we' founded Buchanan - I call it 'The Mayberry of the Mid-West' and the people there, call us 'The California People!" Swapping insult for insult! LOL
Cass wants to use the old mill, on McCoy Creek, in the center of town in an upcoming horror film! Strange how things work! Hold down the' nothing thread' - best I could do after reading your thread about car hunting, for deer. In 'Mayberry,' I can't recall seeing any cars - just hay wagons and tractors! Your Yugo would make the Founder's Day Parade, in Buchanan.
It's even more rural than OrEgon - hard to believe, but true.
Hope to catch the tractor races, tractor destruction derbies and pulls (they use real tractors) - mostly John Deere vs Fords. For any motorcycle racing fans - Mike's
spread's right next to Red Bud Raceway - http://www.redbudmx.com/.
Anyway - be back in a week.

Nope - won't - no laptop this trip. I'll effectively be 'GB neutralised'
until next week - wife's mandate! This is strictly an R&R & horror
flick-site recon.[8D]
Pat - be up at the Kalamazoo Air Zoo one day - don't know when.
Should be back later this year for a shoot (probably) in the Fall or
Winter. Be better to see you then.
Will do A1 - I'll stand at rigid attention, salute and dip the wings as
we roar over Euclid!
