    The big citys might not be, but us "boys in blue" at Minot AFB sure are. Who ever drops them on us is in for a world of hurt when the BUFFs unleash hell on their asses.

    The study is really talking about a terrorist nuclear attack. Who would you send the BUFFS after? Terrorists don't have a set nation to retaliate against, that is the problem we have now. Fighting them is like wack-a-mole, you hit one in one country and another pops up in another country. Even if you could prove a certain country gave them the nuke, I doubt if our government would have the guts to use a nuke on that country.

    Thanks PC800. If you remove the part about the nukes, you end up with how to be prepared for huricanes, earthquakes, Tsunamis(big Japanes word meanine harbor or Tidal Wave), and whatever disaster I didn't put down.
