  i worked with a fellow years ago that timed it and made sure it was running right. talk about in the clouds. the guy looked burnt out 24/7.

  Try opening the site and watch the clock...
  
  Then try doubleclicking on the time on your own computer, down in the corner - and setting another time.
  
  
  The clock at least.. follows the computers set time.
