Road Rage in Montana !?!?!?!?!

Wow, we sure had a wild ride tonight on our drive home this evening! We were on our way home from having dinner with friends about an hour out of town when two small trucks passed us at well over 100 mph! For the first time in almost two years, we watched (and almost experienced the effects from) road rage between two other trucks. One was pissed off at the other and was trying to run him off the road! The only problem was that he had no regard for anyone else in the proximity. We were in the next lane when he decided to tap the guy next to us in the rear bumper. That made him swerve and almost hit us. I got off the gas and slowed down in the left hand shoulder to watch the outcome. Fortunately, there was little traffic and nobody else seemed to be in the way of these two lunatics. We watched sparks fly for the next five minutes as these two traded paint at 70 - 80 mph and ran each other into guard rails and into the median. It all ended when a pair of highway patrol interceptors came out of nowhere and pulled them both over. It tied up both directions of the two lane highway for about ten minutes while they arrested the drivers at gunpoint. The LEO's were really sharp and handled the arrests with a certain precision that I have rarely seen outside of S.W.A.T.. We didn't stick around to watch but both trucks were smoking and pretty beat up. I can only imagine that the local "pokey" has some overnight guests tonight. What the hell is wrong with people these days? [B)]

    That's the million dollar question, now isn't it? As weird as this world is, those two drivers will probably wind up being best friends.

    geez, i have seen some serious road rage stuff go down. but in montana ? they dont even have any traffic up there, why are people getting so mad driving in that beautiful country ? maybe it wasnt road rage though, maybe it started earlier over something else and you caught the tail end of it ?
