Broadhead sharper, it says right on the thing. The other end is probably used to tighten the broadhead to the shaft.

Its the sharp point on the arrow (knife). The left end has rollers on it like cheap knife sharpeners. Its the same concept, probably for a 2 blade broadhead. The other end would have been used to screw the broadhead onto the arrow. Whats the name of the company? Kitterings?0 -
