i found a bunch of these in a bucket. are these to a spanish roof? what do they do?

Turn it over 180 degrees. Set three of them down, raised nub out, forming 3 wheel spokes. Then set a flower pot on them. They are used to keep a pot raised off a deck, porch, etc.
