job with contracting company

hi everyone. im looking for a job with a contracting company. I have applied with Blackwater and KBR along with a few other to no avail. If you know of any tips on how to get hired to a private military company or security detail overseas please help me out and reply in here. Im active duty military police with extensive training in base defense and convoy security. I have also completed a local police academy and for whatever reason i have not heard anythign back form any of the contracting companies. Are they still looking for people? This has been a lifes dream of mine so i will not stop untill i get hired on. Your help is greatly appreciated.
