What are your plans for the 4th?
I will be watching the World's Fastest Lobsterboat Races.

Then stay in town for the fireworks.
Not sure if I will go to any parties or not, depends if I need to work the next day.
Hope everyone has fun on the 4th and stay safe.

The city has a terrific all-day celebration, so I'll probably take the wife and daughter out to experience Life in Mayberry. It's like stepping into a time machine around here. 0 -

Dunno yet if I am spending it with freinds or family.
If family, cookout at my aunt's, a few fireworks (illegal but what the hell) and that's it.
If with freinds, drinking until I pass out. I'd like to say it won't happen but I know these freinds and it will. [:D]0 -

Sitting up on a hill, under the fireworks, with a family we met there 25 years ago,
BBQing chicken as we were doing 25 years ago the first time we all met. We only
see them that one day of the year.Where there were only four of us 25 years ago
there are now probably 20-25 with all the kids and grandkids and their girlfriends
and boyfriends. It's been a great tradition.[8D]0 -
Get up early, shove a couple pop cans up a couple chickens butts, throw them on the grill then wait 2 hours and take them off the grill and go to my Grandma's house to watch the parade. While watching the parade the White Mountain will be turning my famous home made ice cream. After the parade eat the chickens and all the fixin's all the while saving room for the ice cream and Grandma's sauted pineapple. Then take a nap. Might head out to the country to watch all the fireworks but since I have to work Thurs. might not. 0 -

When I saw your name listed as the last post, I thought "HA! Drunk patrol." Good luck hunting down a Brit in Texas.0 -
If I can get all my work done by then I hope to take a week off. Pitch my tent for at least 3 or 4 days near the stream and fly fish all day. I need a few days alone in the woods, have'nt had a break from the rat race since last bow season. 0
