    Love the bunny bustin!!! Bunnies have been hard to find in recent years but are coming back. Time for some bunny fajitas!!

    For me, it has always been hard to believe how good wild rabbit is.I have always "brined" it, at least overnight, to slightly reduce the "gamieness" of it.I love it fried in bacon drippins, then "BRAISED in a little white wine, with garlic and carrot stix!!
    All they really eat are grasses, and some seeds. But MAN-o-MAN!!! It's good.
    I never tried Fajitas, but they gotta be good![:p]
    I have a 5-Gallon pot of spaghetti sauce on the stove, since about 10 AM.(it's almost 5PM now)Wish I had some rabbit parts to brown-up and add to it.That was my FAVORITE dish, mom used to make ..God REST her SOUL!![^]

    Did pretty good huntin bunnies last winter. I wont hunt rabbit again till after deer season. We hunt them here Jan., Feb., and March.
