Tonite makes it day 11 without a dip of skoal.Im doing pretty well.Kinda anxious though,tonite in CVS i was in an isle looking for gifts,only 3 or 4 people in the store.Kinda nice actually.Suddenly a cell phone rings,its a woman in the isle with me,she has a long coat with many pockets and slowly searches her pockets,the phone rings and rings,OH,im sorry its not actually ringing but emitting an annoying jingle.WHAT is wrong with a ring or a choice of 3 rings,but these tinny songs,annoying,disruptive,evil,vile,bad....i have a devious thought...no,i lower my head and walk out the store.

    Yep..I quit skoal a week ago and I am now dipping again. I must have stopped using skoal about six differant times so far. I gues I will quit when I really want too. I just slowed down alot and I don't dip on a daily bascis anymore.

    I've been dipping Copenhagen since 1984. I've tried quitting before and have alway's gone back. I guess I'm weak. Last time I tried quitting I was successful for about 6 weeks and I was so grumpy that the guy's that worked for me all brought me a can and pleaded for me to start back up. I did.

    I stated 1984 and been dipping on and off since. I quit again July 11th this year. Be strong quit for good, I will try that too!!!

    My plan is to never go back. Chewing a lot of nicotine gum,that stuffs expensive.I bought a pack of regular gum tonite,gonna give that a try tomorro.
