Great news! I wish him speedy and 100% recovery.

I thank God my son came home in one piece. His whole company was pretty fortunate. They got hit with IEDs and small arms fire a lot, but had no KIAs, and only two boys got hurt bad enough to be sent home. I met one of them at Fort Riley. He was in a wheelchair due to having both ankles broken by a bomb under his vehicle. He was in good spirits and looking forward to getting back to duty. OOORAH!

Welcome home to a real hero.

Perhaps it is just me but I could never stand under our nation's flag while wearing a ball cap on my head!

That gave me cold chills. Hope you all continue to support us service members. Please keep those of us who are stationed overseas or away from family in your holliday prayer. Please say a special prayer for those in Iraq and Afgan.

    Thanks again.
