Yep, I've done it again. I have no idea if this gun is 38 S&W or 38 Special.

Their phone is busy. My book says it was made in different calibers.

I got through to the store on the phone but the clerk that answered didn't know. He said call back between 9 and 5 tomorrow.

When I put the bid in I was thinking the gun is 38 Special. It is exactly the kind of gun to leave loaded on the bedside table - not too expensive and 99.99% sure to fire.
