Beamshot Lasers?

My mother in law bought me a Beamshot 1000s laser with weaver mount and pressure pad. I put it on one of my mini-14's lined it up and took it to range that week. When finished I cleaned my gun I put it up in the safe. I opened the safe a day or two later and seen something whitesh blue all over the laser and mount, but not on my gun yet. I put gloves on and took it off ASAP. I called them to see if they would replace it. Not unless I shipped it back to them, I told the guy that it was laying behind my garage and still uzzing crap out. I knew that I could not ship it back but inquired anyway. No was the answer from the USPS and dont blame them, now the guy wont replace it but will sale me one at cost, then I had to buy the mount as well. I ordored it the 14th of this month and he told me it would be here if 5 Days! I called today to ask where it was and was told it was shipped yesterday. I think I have a valad complaint, and will not deal with them again.

    I don't believe that I have ever heard anything good about Beamshot!
    All I have ever had is LaserMax, Insight, and Crimson Trace.
    Sounds like their customer service stinks![xx(]

    So can't you stick it in a ziplock (or 2 or 3) and ship it back? Is it the batteries that are leaking?

    To be honest I cant tell if its the batteries or not? I ask the guy if the laser had any type of gas etc in it and he didnt really say. I cant see these 2 little batteries making such a mess. Its covered in the crud as is the mount. I guess I should bury it?

    Gotta be the batteries,.......put on some gloves, and take them out.
    Probably ruined by now though.
