they are fine, they have a thick enough plating you will be ok, i personally stuck 20,000 rounds of the stuff through a model 34, and know several people who have done the same

I have shot thousands of plated bullets through all 9 of my Glocks and know several people that do. The plating on both of these brands of bullets is good and doesn't cause any leading or buildup. Now there is a difference between copper washed and copper plated. Copper wash is usually not uniform and can cause leading. Berry's and Rainer are copper plated which are more uniform and thicker.

There's been discussion for a while at Glock talk about LoneWolf Distributors. They offer a barrel that will allow the shoolting of Lead , Plated, and jacketed bullets at a price that can't be believed. However they will not cover abuse due to reloads.

Heres a C/P from the website
