Bought a 12 pack and only got 11

I just bought a 12 pack of Killians Irish red bottles. I opened it up to put them in the fridge and found the center bottle was shattered, but there couldn't have been any beer in it because the cardboard had never been wet. The case was completely intact when I opened it and I couldn't have broken one.

    Go to their website and click on "Contact Us" at the bottom. Let them know what the problem was. Take some pictures. I have found that most companies want to hear stuff like this (it helps them with their quality policies and metrics) and a lot of the time they will send you a coupon or something.

    Found it. I had went by that page already and didn't see it. I contacted them. They said they will get back to me in less than one business day and to 'start the timer'. Not bad customer service.

    Yeah, I like the stuff. It hasn't always been my favorite. I stuck with MGD to begin with. Then I transitioned to Bud Select. Then I remebered I had some Killians a while back and really liked it so now that's what I've been getting. Pretty good flavor.

    there was a guy in town here that would set up a flower stand every valentines day, and sell a dozen roses, he had a few hundred bouquet's
    well each dozen he sold only had eleven, i figure he made at least a extra 100 that day, by time anyone figured it out he was gone
