It took me five freaking minutes to figure out what in the heck you were talking about....Dooooooooohhhh!0 -
Its funny to see an officer come in the store and ask...."can I use your car sort of for a sec?" He was confused, but was OK with everything as soon as he understood what was going on. I did try to BORROW his keys for the pic, but he didn't fall for it.
Funny thing.....some guy walks up with a huge bag (sweating like crazy) as we took that picture. He walked passed us and was heading in the store. I stopped him and said "don't go any further....what have you got?" He pulls the bag open to reveal a 1980-ish television. It is wood grain and even has TWO KNOBS....VHF and UHF...no remote. He only needs eight bucks and is willing to sell this thing for that amount. I just hated to.....but I passed on that offer. For the next 20 minutes or so anyone who walked in said...."there's this guy"....lemme guess....he is trying to sell an icky TV for eight bucks. "Well, no...he wants seven."
Its funny how desperate people can get. We told him to go and got to see him trying to work his magic at the gas station across the road until they told him to leave from there. Just what costs seven or eight bucks that is worth dragging an ancient wood grain television around?0 -
that will buy a hit of crack 0
