    Given absolutely zero "contributions" so far from the auctions and my buy/sell/trade threads on other firearms forums, I suppose I might have to list a clever and amusing auction at Fleabay - maybe a thread at Plenty of Fish would generate some revenue.

    I would really like to do that but I don't have the money to spare. The round trip flight and 4 days at the Holiday Inn Express comes to nearly $1000

    Try the Greyhound Bus and Motel 6!

    henry, i'm not trying to be insensitive, just pointing out where there is a will there is away, and the harder it is to get there will increase your odds{women are funny that way}, and not exactly having a place to stay may help as well

    your odds of raising money here would also increase with photos, and more information, hell I'm broke right now but if it was really thought it would help you find a life long soul mate it would be totally different than just helping you get laid

    It turns out the Manhattan Holiday Inn Express wasn't $424 for 4 nights after all, that is daily rate. [:(]

    She pays $900 a month for a tiny apartment with the common bathroom down the hall.

    I've given up on the idea of staying in a Manhattan hotel and as charming as I am, I still can't just show up on her doorstep and expect to sleep with her on the first night...
