Military service- That needs a real thanks

Thank you Coast Guard!!! My hats off to them for their very understated everyday service[^].

    yes the Coast Guard needs our thanks. So does all of Our Military past present and future. Common Kids putting they're life in harms way every day, with little to no thanks.

    RSR, if you achieved corporal in my USMC, you're not a has been, or a never was. You still are, and you know it.

    It's in the surf. Sure looks like the screws (propellers) are imbedded in the sand. Any details on the photo?

    And, yes, hats off to the USCG. It's the only military branch that doesn't have a war footing/peacetime footing. Same job description all the time. And they do it all the time. Best, Joe

    I was in the Air Force for 4 yrs, I should have stayed.
    my cousin tried to get me to stay, he is the one that
    talked me into joining, I enjoyed it.
    To all that have served, to all those that are serving.
    I say THANK YOU. I know some jobs are hell. But I have
    always believed there is a job for everyone. I am not going
    to slam any of our services, they all have a job.
    I hope and pray that all our brothers & sister come home
    safe and sound. GOD BLESS THEM ALL.
