My adventures with selling my house continue.....

So far, I've had 3 buyers back out....I've patched a bullet hole......now I have termites..........arrrrggghhhhhhh!!!!

  I hope you aren't in the Detroit area! Read a wire report last night that said cars are selling for more money in Detroit than houses are bringing. [:0] Good luck on finding another buyer!

  Maybe whoever shot your house was really shooting at the termites.
  A rival termite gang perhaps. It seems as though you may be caught in some sort of termite gang turf war. Keep your head down.

  Fortunately, the buyers still want the house. The only condition is that the company that they hired to do the inspection must be the same one to do the spraying.....
