    ...But but but Nagin and his other political buds saw to it LA and NO were big time prepaired for a storm such as Katrina. NO had 3 boats for the emergency...only one was working, but hey, there WERE 3!

    ...They were all hiding in a highrise hotel drinking malt liquor and eatin ribs and playing Texas Hold 'Em...and with a BIG pot and Nagin holding a Royal Flush, he forgot about the school busses that just sat while people died, understandable with a hand like that!...[;)]
