In regards to the D.C Court case....

I want to help out in any way I can. If this goes to the Supreme Court, the organization pushing the case can expect a $100 check from me to put towards legal fees....

This might be our only shot....I encourage anyone who gives a damn to do what they can......

  thanks for the link.....these guys speak my langauge. I'm hesitant to give to the entire organization, however. I want the money spent SOLELY on legal fees associated with the countinuation of the D.C legal battle.
  
  The Brady's seem to have there own legal fund, where is ours? If nothing else exists, I'll pledge the money to Cato......they deserve a pat on the back for pushing this

  They have been working on the DC gun ban for years. At least they accomplished something. I've read some pessimistic opinions on what the SCOTUS may do, but I'm hoping for the best !

  Everyone note that with the past administrations, if the ruling would go against guns, they would have already put it before the court.
  During the Carter Administration, they (DC) got really stupid too and passed an unconstitutional act.

  I'm willing to bet the farm on this one. I realize that we are still not in a perfect situation regarding the Court, but I've been told "Perfection is the enemy of good enough"
  
  Right now things are good enough.
