Atterbury Gun Range in Indiana

Went to the first trap shoot at the new state built and paid for shooting range. Four trap/skeet combo fields with new Pat Traps and voice release. Nice club house too. All paid for by tax dollars and enjoyed by shooters! I didn't get a chance to visit the rifle/pistol range but heard them all day. As I drove by I did see into it and it looked awesome! Maybe someone close can visit and report. If you are close, do go see it, state of the art facility, new, and it's gotta drive the anti-gunners crazy!

    Where is Atterbury? I grew up in Alexandria, IN and have family in Muncie and Indianapolis.

    South of Indy, exit 80 from I65, 252 through Edinburgh, across 31, turn right at the Camp Atterbury rock, it is on the right.

    Spent some time there shooting big bullets like 155 and 8 inch stuff ![:D][:D]
