Ever tried Goo-gone?
The foosball table that I posted on earlier had a protective sheet over all the plastic parts. Even after removing them there were spots of residue from the glue.
I tried everything to get it off, glass cleaner etc but didn't want to try anything that would hurt the acrylic.
The nice lady at the store told me to try Goo-gone. This stuff works!!!! Took all the residue away. Also used it on a Pioneer Inno that has stickers on it from the factory. Took them off easily.
So if anyone has sticker/residue problems on anything, I recommend this product.

...Been using that stuff for many years. Works on darn near anything, but some plastics don't like it. I had a really pretty butane lighter that I couldn't get the label off. Within a minute of using goo-gone, the lighter case burst. It must have softened it. Other than that, it's been great stuff. Smells good too. 0 -
I heartily second...er, third...your endorsement. It WORKS! 0 -

Mine too! I used it a couple of weeks ago to remove chewing gum from the back seat of her van. Tried everything I could think of, then went to the goo-gone. Came right up and did't harm the upholstery at all. Good stuff!0 -
How would it do on windows? 0 -

It's OK. Goof Off is better- but more along the lines of paint thinner. 0 -
I use it on pertnear everything. Smells like you're peeling oranges. One of the few things that actually does what it says it will do. [:)] 0 -
Yes, I tried it as a small child, I think I was 3 or 4. Trip to the hospital after that!
