Are we or should we fly half staff for the kids killed yesterday?

  President Bush ordered flags to be flown at half staff at all federal buildings until sundown on Sunday.

  Customs have changed over the years. This morning they were playing Taps, and later when the President spoke from VT's Baketball Stadium, the cadets posted the presidential flag to the right of the U.S. flag.
