    If the U. S. Supreme Court would do its job we wouldn't need this law. CCW should be recognized the same as a driver's license.

    Article IV, Section 1 of United States Constitution: (Full Faith and Credit clause)

    Section 1 - Each State to Honor all others
    Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.

    But since the Supremes obviously choose not to do their job, this law couldn't hurt. I just hope if it ever passes (which is doubtful), the Supremes don't elect to ignore the Constitution as they frequently do.

    I don't think that anyone has even tried to bring the issue of CCW reciprocity to the Supreme Court. Has there been a case in which the Court either denied such reciprocity or even one in which it refused to decide the issue?

    they dont ignore the constituion. they change what the constitution means to suit their end goal.

    As far as I know this question has never been tested in the Supreme Court. As a non-lawyer I am assuming the various Courts of Appeal and the U. S. Supreme Court will dodge this question much like they dodge anything to do with the Second Amendment.
