    When we used to take Credit Cards we were told (and had to sign) that we would not charge extra for their use. Instead, the bank/CC company said we should post a sign that we discounted X% for cash. That meant that we would have to raise all retail prices by X% assuming that a CC would be used. As to the "starting price" well all I can say is "good luck"...[8D]

    Yes you are correct it is, but then it is a common practice among gun dealers. And they do tell you up front!!
