ATF MAKES NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT HANDBOOK AVAILABLE ONLINE???The Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has made the entire National Firearms Act Handbook available online (http://www.atf.gov/firearms/nfa/index.htm). It can be viewed chapter by chapter or can be downloaded in its entirety in PDF format. The National Firearms Act Trade and Collectors Association (NFATCA) provided assistance in making the handbook available on ATF's Web site.
