Saw these in my plant and it bummed me out. Whats a good way to kill them?

Just a guess but it looks like a centipede <sp> or Millipede.

get a chicken , mine loves to eat those critters, and I also haven't had a cockroach since I got her,been a part of the family for 8 years, plus you can eat the eggs...

They are called "plug ugly bugs" and can be destroyed with a 240 grain, silver bullet from a .44 Special, or Magnum.
