Bad day for tickets
Got pulled over for 68 in a 40 and no seat belt. The officer asked me if I knew how fast I was going and if there was a medical reason for not having a seatbelt on.
I said I was going to fast and there was no good reason I didn't have a seat belt on.
He comes back with my ticket and was nice enough to drop the speed down to a ten over instead of 28 and warned me on my seatbelt.
Then I get a parking ticket for illegal parking.
I went so long without a ticket I guess they figured I needed a couple today[B)]

sounds pretty lucky to me.
Get that ticket wiped off of your record through court supervision, or defensive driving class, or whatever your state makes you do. It's a cheap insurance policy.

I got nailed for 94 in a 70 zone, it cost me $280.00 + traffic school to keep one point off of my driving record, if I decide to go to traffic school. 0 -

speeding permits suck...
You have to renew them on a irregular basis and it aways they come due when you are in a hurry....0 -
If he would have cited me for the full 28 over It would have been expensive.
He was nice enough to drop the speed to 50 in a forty to get me down to the minimum 101.00 fine.
In Washington state you have to produce a card of prrof of insurance and I was having trouble finding mine and told him I was paid up through October of 07. First time I ever had the Police say that he believed me and I didn't need to produce the card.0 -
