Candy's dandy but liquor is quicker

I will be off in 45 minutes and have the next 5 days off to enjoy the CHRISTMAS holidays! I bottled a chocolate raspberry port on 12/1 and it will be ready to open the first bottle Christmas day! I can't wait!

    It has some "fake" aging like adding oak chips to the fermentor and such. I have been tasting it right along when I added stuff over the 6 weeks it took to make and it is soooooo smooth and good!
