    I would have to go for Tebow or McFadden. I give Tebow the edge for all season performance, however, McFadden will probably get the nod for his performance against LSU.

    Since all the ESPN big boys favor Tebow, he'll get it from the voters who don't do their homework. Simply based on his overall performance and contribution to the team's moderate success, I would have to go with McFadden.

    Hi all,

    I live in Jacksonville Florida, so my choice may be biased. I am a huge Tim Tebow fan. I used to watch him play high school ball and he was a man among boys out there. My vote would be for him, even though he is a sophomore.

    I think Brennan should, but he missed a couple of games so that is going to hurt his chances. I am going to say that Tebow will probably end up with it.

    McFadden--before he skips next season and turns pro. Tebow is also deserving, I think. Tough call all around.

    McFadden. The problem with the Hogs is that they have a great team for 2 years and then struggle for about 4...viscious cycle they seem to be stuck in.

    His performance against LSU showed what he is truly capable of when the team works together well.

    i think macfadden was the better player tho. i was pretty sure that tebow would win it. he was qb on a higher ranked team.

    One of the things that was mentioned about Tebow is that he played well in literally every game this season. One thing that was not mentioned, as I recall, is that he quarterbacked the Gators to a national championship last year as a Freshman over Ohio State.

    I think leak did more damage to OSU then tebow did, plus the award is for THIS YEARS BEST PLAYER. I think if you give the ball to an athletic qb to run inside the 5 everytime in the year he will have 20 TD's.
