Mommy Dumbest: Tot Snorting Horse in Wal-Mart
Wal*Mart officials explained that snorting Heroin in the store was strictly against the rules........... as non-Wal*Mart products may not be consumed on the premises.

May 28, 2007 -- A Long Island mom was busted for snorting heroin as she pushed her 3-year-old son through a Wal-Mart in a shopping cart, cops said yesterday.
Stacy Roe, 35, of Farmingville, was caught on video surveillance Saturday evening taking a straw out of her purse and shoving it up her nose, authorities said.
Security at the Centereach store called 911.
Cops responded, viewed the video and approached the woman while she was still in the store.
Roe admitted that she was using heroin and that she had a small glassine envelope of the drug inside her purse, police said.
She told cops she was addicted to Vicodin and was unable to obtain more of the painkillers - forcing her to turn to heroin, Suffolk County Police Sgt. Todd Barone said.
Her younger sister, who asked that her name not be printed, insisted last night that that the incident had been misconstrued.
"They lied on the news," said the woman outside Roe's house in a gated complex on Horizon View Drive.
She said her sister told her "she was just shopping for flowers," and some medication "fell out her bag.
"It was something prescribed for her," the sister said.
"She's going to have to clear this up.
"It's confusing right now. She's just really upset. She's crying. I'd be upset, too."
Roe briefly stepped out of her door to shoo a reporter away.
"No comment," the mom said.
Roe was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child, cops said.
She was given a desk-appearance ticket after paying $100 bail.
She is scheduled to appear in First District Court in Central Islip on July 17th.
The toddler was taken home by his father, Roe's live-in boyfriend.
Cops notified Child Protective Services, which has launched an investigation.
Police said Roe has no prior record in Suffolk.

I had that happen once in a store I worked at. The customer's medicine fell on to the floor and was discovered after he left. It was a bulk herb type medicine.
The customer came back later asking if anyone found his medicine. Good news someone did. He was beaming[:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]! He asked can I have it back now? Oh! We gave it to the sheriff for safe keeping. he was crestfallen.[V][V][V][V][V]
I guess he didn't want to go the extra (literal) mile to the Sheriff's office to claim his medicine0 -

Why would you give this mans ginko-biloba to the sheriff????0 -
if we stopped jailing people for minor offenses, like posession of marijuana our jails would probably not be so full. Thats marijuana only, not crack, not coke, not heroin, not opium, marijuana only. 0 -
Poor kids ! 0 -
It's understandable.
I sometimes wish I had some heroin when I'm in WalMart.0 -
I would not go to Walmart unless I was chemically relaxed, there is a real stress and danger factor occurring all the time at that place.
You could be crushed by all those prices rolling back on you.0
