Dove receipe
Dove breast boned out
green pepper
onion
Tonys Creole
Butter
Tin foil
minced garlic
Dove breast deboned, lightly seasoned with Tonys creole.
make a tin foil "bowl" with enough to close up, slice the green pepper leave out the seeds, slice onion. Throw onion, green pepper, and dove in the bowl with roughly 2 tsp of minced garlic and 3 heaping tsp butter, close and grill for 30-45 min shaking every 15 min. Open and enjoy
Amount of ingredient depends on how much meat you have.

Season started Saturday and I think they already bugged out. My son and I went this morning and saw very few and shoot at less.0 -
Just got back from another shoot this evening. Shot 5. Total from the field so far.. Over 130 [xx(] birds. Take bacon and toothpick a couple of strips to the breast. Slice the breast and put jalapea pepper, or garlic inside. Cook on grill till bacon is done and eat.. 0 -
Cubs...take a trip down here one weekend and I can put you on some pheasant. Friend of mine owns a preserve. I know it's not hunting "wild" birds, but it is still shooting. I have been to Michell, SD hunting 8 times, and this is LOTS cheaper! 0
