I just got done cooking some Beef with Peapods and put it over rice. Washing it down with a Dirty Girlscout. All while listening to Metallica's One played on Cellos.

    What do you have?

I'm currently finishing up a paper for my Management class (8 classes from my Bachelor's Degree) so I didn't have time to get fancy tonight. I boiled up some whole-grain spaghetti noodles, diced up a tomato I bought from the Mennonite stand today, tossed in some garlic powder (can never have too much garlic) and threw in some Classico roasted garlic spaghetti sauce. I washed it down with a bottle of Sam's Club water. I'm having a Budweiser before bed though.

Apocalyptica I'm guessing? I have one of their CD's somewhere. I bought it about 10 years ago. I'd love to see those guys play live if they're still even around. Good stuff!

idsman75, yup Apocolyptica. They are still around, I would definitely love to see them in concert as well. The first I heard of them was on Dish HD, saw them playing cellos in front of caskets.

BTW, over half of your peppers are gone already! Thanks, quite tasty, and not too hot.
Ever get your brushes that you don't need?
    Sorry for the "hi-jack"![;)]

Pork roast, potatoes, garden salad and sides of some sort. Mrs K does all of the cooking, I do most of the eating and it works wonderfully.

A nice Caesar Salad, made the old-fashioned way, with raw egg, anchovies, salt and pepper, over European Spring Mix.

Crisped bits of prosciutto/sun-dried tomatoes with pine nuts/onion/garlic/basil/olive oil/cream, over fettucine al dente, with some pepper flakes to kick it up, with a really nice Chianti, and some Garlic, 6YO Parmesan-Reggiano cheese toast.

Dessert will be asian plum sorbet, with apricot/cassis/champagne.

Music: Guarneiri String Quartet: Bach Improvisations

    EDIT: forgot a "u"

Wife bought home 2 lbs of bbq from a new joint up the road. Pretty good stuff! I was out with the daughter getting her a new puppy and wife was with son at Boy Scout activity, so no time to cook. Tomorrow will have white beans and ham hocks with corn bread!! [:p]
