    Top 10 reasons why there are no gangster NASCAR drivers:


    # 10 - Have to sit upright while driving.
    # 9 - Pistol won't stay under front seat.
    # 8 - Engine noise drowns out the rap music.
    # 7 - Pit crew can't work on car while holding up pants at the same time.
    # 6 - They keep trying to carjack Dale JR.
    # 5 - Police cars on track interfere with race.
    # 4 - No passenger seat for the Ho.
    # 3 - No Cadillac's approved for competition.
    # 2 - Can't wear helmet sideways.

    AND THE NUMBER ONE REASON WHY GANGSTERS CAN'T BE IN NASCAR.


    # 1 - When they crash their cars, they bail out and run.

    I heard the same last sunday on tv.

    But DW (who is also great personal friends with JR) kinda shot it down saying that JR would be better off going his own team with Hendrick backing (ie: chassis and motors)!

    That would essetually make him part of Hendrick but would get around the 4 team limit that NASCAR has put up as JR would be listed as owner.

    I myself think that would be a smart move esspecially with this new car as Hendrick has it dialed in right now and is probly only going to get better with it because of the money they are dumping into development of it.

    I know wins are all that matters (and don't forget Jr. hasn't won in a LONG time!), and Hendricks has won all but one of the COT races. But don't forget how well Gibbs cars have run during those races. They have led more laps in the COT races than anyone. So they are pushing just as hard as Hendricks on the new car.
