I am getting stuff ready for my deer hunt in Montana already and ran across this deer pic of me last year.
It was not my biggest buck and it was not even the deer that I stalked.
Without going into all the detailes I thought this was a much bigger deer that I stalked, and the heard was on to me and all crossed over a ridge about 400 yards away.
I saw this buck about 20 yards from crossing over the top and dropped it thinking it was the bigger buck.
OH well there is always this season[8D]

Not a bad buck though. Congrats! I can't wait until the last weekend of October and the youth hunt in TN. Daughter is going with me this year. Son is old enough to handle himself, so my dad (a non-hunter, but loves to shoot) is taking him. [:D] 0
