I'm curious...Do most people have to be reminded to check their e-mail? I mean, I check mine 3 or 4 times a day, and don't have a single person telling me on a public discussion forum that they've sent me an e-mail. I guess I am differenr and can check mine on my own without the reminder. [:o)]
You do NOT have an email. Do NOT check your email.0 -
Hey just wanted to say I,m sory about my last post on your thread. I am not myself these days (found out I have prostate cancer a couple weeks ago). I for one am very proud of the men who came to Texas from your wonderful State of Tennesee.....Bull[^][8D] 0 -
You won the holsters for the Bersa. E-mail me your address and I'll get 'em shipped. 0 -

413 or 440? She's real pretty! 0 -
Neither! It's ONLY a 383. [:D] It is in my 1960 Fury. The 413 and 426 came a few years later. It is still fun to pull up beside a load of teenage punks in their rice rocket at a stop light. They look at my huge land barge and giggle. That is, until the light changes! Only problem is that those 2 four-barrel carbs REALLY like gas! 0 -
Here's the "rest" of the car...

Most mopar are hard to beat, as far as out of the box hp. I had a 74'
Challenger (360) that could take anything around here (meaning the
Midwest).[:)][:D][8D]0 -

I show it in quite a few local shows. Unless it is a pure MOPAR show, it is hard to win much with a pre-Charger MOPAR. All the judges have their eyes googled out with the 57 Chevy's and the like. But this isn't a show car. I drive it quite a bit in the summer. I couldn't stand NOT driving this thing around! Just something about getting behind the wheel of some genuine Detroit iron and tooling around! As far as restoration work, I did most of the mechanical myself. The car wasn't in bad shape when I bought it as it had been garaged all its life. Of the 3 vehicles my wife and I own, this one has the least miles on it! (88,000 ORIGINAL DOCUMENTED MILES!) I did rebuild the engine myself, but had the interior and paint job hired out. It is back to the original "oyster white" Plymouth paint. Interior went back with original pattern upholstery as well. I like stock! Debating whether or not to replace the front drum brakes with add-on discs. It would be nice to be able to stop this thing on more than a prayer!0
