Got one at a good price. Took off the Simmons scope and hung on a an old K-4 Weaver. Fired up all the ammo that came with it, some hand loads and some 150gr. Best I could get was 3 1/2" group at 100 yards. Not too good. Was getting ready to clean it and carry it to the gun show and see if someone wanted it more than I did but found half a box of 180gr factory Remington loads. It likes them, 1 1/2" group, that will work just fine. Darn thing kicks hard for a 308. Got a very good trigger, breaks clean at about 3 lbs.

  Hope you enjoy your rifle! I love the things. I know they are inexpensive and not the prettiest things in the world, but the ones I have are shooters. They are ammo picky however.
