Show off your cans. Pic heavy
I am very sorry to trick all of you like that but I had to get some hits somehow.
I am starting a new tread so I don't hijack the other P22 thread.
Well like the title says show off your cans. I know there are not as many on this one as some of the other boards I hang on but I know there are several out there. Since cans are NFA items I think seeing other NFA items would be ok here to. Please add a little info with your pics.
Currently I only own a Gemtech Outback 2
Well here is the first gun I used it on, the P22

Then I had a 10/22 and my 77/22 threaded

Then I built a (legal) 10/22 pistol, still in building mode

Last but not least by far I had an extension/adapter built for my Kimber

I did want a .223 suppressor for a long time, but then I got to hear one and was not that impressed. I would still like one, but it has moved way down the list. After shooing an MP5SD I decided I wanted a suppressed 9mm AR.
There are several set ups out there for 9mm AR's and I went with Olympic Arms rifle that takes Glock mags. Why Glock mag? I have a ton of them and then my pistol and rifle can run the same mags and ammo. I am having STR Arms in AZ build the suppressor and just got all the parts in the mail yesterday so hopefully I will have in back in my hands by the end of January.
Here is the A2 version

Now dont laugh but I wanted something that looked close to my finished product. I use a vacuum extension for the can [:D]. There is a black mark where the real can will end as this is just a little long. I will be using a round front grip as the style that is on there now is not comfortable for me.

not the "cans" I ws hoping to see nor are they the "cans" we can have here in CA, But I sure would love a "can" on a .300 Whisper or a .50 American Eagle. 0 -

I knew what to expect... but is it really yours or just a dealer sample?
PS: In my opinion... The classIII system is unconstitutional... The right to bear arms shall not be infringed...

Here is an Iraqi AK that my son and his bunch found in Iraq.
Here he is, in a pile of AKs.

Well dealer samples only apply to machine guns since they are the only NFA class that can not be currently be made for the public. Suppressors don't cost any more then most firearms, you just have to do the transfer and pay the $200 transfer tax. Even with the transfer tax my Kimber cost more this can. The can for my AR is going to be $850 including tax which is the same as I paid for the rifle.

We are not the ones you need to convince of that. Most of us that hang on the gun boards know and agree.0
