What was President Bush talking about tonight when he said something about inacting a civilian reserve to help protect our country? If that is true, where do I sign up?

  If they will send all of the civilian reserve to protect the border, I'm sure there will be enough volunteer's to string a line shoulder to shoulder from Texas to California. I know I'd be there.

  Well, a long time ago somebody had an idea like this, but they didn't name it civilian reserve. It was something else. Let's see......was it "National Guard" or something like that?[?][|)]
