.375 Ruger

Anybody have one? What do you think about it? I am really on the bandwagon for this caliber and believe that it will give the .375 H&H a run for it's money. Seems to be well designed and I think that it will stick around.

  No need for this cartridge or most of the others that have come out in the last 20 years.

  True, but it is a good sign that they are still developing new cartridges. Three of the calibers I use the most are older(.243, .308, and 45/70), but I don't see why there is anything wrong with developing new ones.

  New cartridges are only needed to sell new guns.

  Correct.
  But that is what keeps yours and my FFL dealer's door's open.
  It takes a combination of new and used firearm sales and especially accessory and ammo sales to do that.

  We might not need any new calibers, and I'm in no position to buy any but.....
