I want a AK-47
I want a new gun!
Recently I've been having a big urge to buy a AK-47 most likely a underfolder. I really really want one. Plus with a new "assault weapons ban" a possibility in the future I want to buy one before the prices sky rocket. Probably wont happen for a couple of years but I want one now. Only thing is my accountant says we have to save for our wedding so no new guns[V]. I must convince her otherwise plus isn't it a investment?

Get the wtb to agree to buy *2* of them, you get to shoot one now, the other gets saved as NIB for investment. Promise her that when the time comes you'll sell both, maybe spend less than the original investment on something else, and use the extra to buy her jewelry or something similar.... 0 -
Buy the gun. After she is history you will still have the gun.[:D] 0 -

Find a new broad......If this is her idea of a good financial plan now you are in for a life of hell; three bugger picking little buck toothed rug rats, a trailer payment you can't afford and she will weigh in at 350 when she dumps you for the garbage man.
RUN DUDE, RUN!!!!!!
Buy the underfolder and a SKS for a backup.0 -

I think I'm gonna get one. Went to a local shop and the owner said he would be getting a shipment of Yugo Ak-47s in next Tuesday. The only thing is they are fixed wood stock but are going for $399 and a shipment of Yugo Ak-47s underfolders in three/four weeks. I'd rather have a underfolder, but figured a fixed stock would be nice too, plus I can always get a better looking stock.
Thats why I said "I think I'm gonna get one" I want to see it first before I make a final decision.
Now for a compound bow[:D]. I know very little about bows so I gotta do some research.0 -
So...BUY one Already.[^]

Did you even go to the link that I gave you? If you didn't, you need to. There are differences in Yugo AKs available. There are a bunch of parts guns being dumped and it sounds like that is what you'll get from the dealer. AIM's add advises you of the benefits of buying that one. Read the text on the item page. You'll see that AIMs are built with NEW American barrels and NEW, HEAVY DUTY American-made receivers, plus they have the quality synthetic underfolder! Way more than $100.00 in added value.
The heavy duty receivers are 1.6 mil instead of 1 mil and much stronger and more accurate. Plus, AIM will have the right number of American made parts so that you don't have to worry about legality.
No, I don't get a kick-back from AIM, but I am a regular customer and happy about what I get from them every time. There are many, many freight loads of old AK parts from all over eastern Europe bought by distributors. Dealers are notorious for telling people that they are expecting a bunch in, the minute you ask for something, and then they order one from whoever has the cheapest price. I don't KNOW that is happening to you this time, but it happens on a regular basis. My money is on AIM for the best Yugo underfolder available today, bar none.
Slow down. Think.
You're welcome,
