HUNTER'S VIEW DEER STANDS

Has anyone had any dealings with this company? A customer of mine bought several of those stands from me last year and 1 stand has a part missing. I have called and left voice mails. I have faxed. I have e-mailed. No one responds. Does anyone live closeby that can swing over one day and see if they are still open? The absolute worst customer service known to man. They just ignore you 'til you go away.

  Did you try the form for missing parts? I'm a few hours from there but hardly ever get over that direction or I would help ya out.

  Aren't those made in China? I believe that my buddy stands are Hunter's View.
