Per the article linked on the previous threads, one "black guy" was carrying ID from Puerto Rico, the other "black guy" had ID from Dominican Republic and/or Columbia...cops weren't sure.
Mucho "black people" from both these countries.

Yesterday's post stated he said "you're dead" the articla states he said "Move, you're dead"
To me that one word makes a big big difference...

Neighbors are calling the shooter a hero... And they are same folks that will judge him...So buy him a new shotgun and a box of shells and be done with it... Hell, They can get some good sleep now...Hear a noise outside, just roll over and go back to sleep...Mr. Horn is on neigborhood watch tonite!!! 0 -
I don't expect him to be criminally prosecuted,......or if he is, the outcome will most likely be in his favor.
He had better hope that these 2 had no family living here though.
If so, he will be eaten alive, by "wrongful death" attorneys in a civil suit.
That is assuming he fell outside of the laws in Texas, and their protection from the above mentioned civil liability.
Also hope those guys were not gangbangers,.......he will most likely be killed if they were.0 -

The "talking head" guest attorneys, have been on Fox several times today.
Some saying that he is within the law, and others crying that it was blatant murder!
Wonder what happened to that third shot?
At first it was said there were two,.......now they are saying three.
I heard three clearly myself on the tape.
Maybe one of the wonderful dudes took two!
I hope all works out for the guy myself.0 -

How come these fine upstanding victims of this ruthless shooting already have mugshots with the police? There is no way they could be repeat offenders. By the way how come most of the "victims" they show on the news already have mug shots? 0 -

When I was in Law School, they often referred to Texas as the "Dinosaur State", but I like their laws pretty much!

You have to "click" to hear the Audio of the 911 call.[:0]
You can hear everything! including the shots fired, and the cops arriving late and "caoching" the guy with the shotgun to get on the floor as he's still talking to the 911 operator. It is humorous and educational.0 -
When more information comes out, I will bet $25.00 that both of these fine upstanding young men had either outstanding warrants on them or a previous criminal history with law enforcement.
Probably both the outstanding warrant and past criminal history.
Rumor has it the two men were merely going door to door (back doors) selling girl scout cookies.0 -
